What is your return policy and quality guarantee?

Quality guarantee
Printing is a chemical process and 100% consistency cannot be achieved. Color, consistency and the final result are affected by many factors, including: machine type, machine settings, paper types, room humidity, when the machine was last cleaned. However, color variations caused by the above reasons are within the allowable tolerance and are not covered by our quality guarantee.

Defective or damaged products
If you receive defective or damaged orders that are not caused by the content you provided, we will cover the cost of a new order (please note that the design may appear damaged. Therefore, please carefully inspect the product before purchasing). This includes: damage to the delivered products, the quantity of the delivered products, and the quality of the delivered products. If the quality assurance team confirms the claim, we will be happy to send the customer a free replacement order as soon as possible. We are much more than happy to resolve any issues and send a replacement order to ensure that customers are satisfied with their orders. If a replacement order is not possible, or the customer is unable to receive a new order, please be sure to indicate this when contacting us (since this information is critical in the event of a refund or replacement).
Lost Orders
In the event of packages lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will be happy to send a replacement order on your behalf.
Shipping
1) Incorrect Address: If the customer provides an address that the courier considers insufficient, the shipment will be returned and securely destroyed (so please be careful to provide the correct address). In this case, no refund will be given.
2)Rejected by the recipient: If the customer rejects the shipment upon delivery, the shipment will be returned and securely destroyed. In this case, no refund will be made.
3)Unclaimed: If the customer is unable to collect the order at the specified address, the shipment may be available at their local post office or carrier's pickup point. Unclaimed shipments may be returned to the sender and securely destroyed. In this case, no refund will be made.

When reporting a problem, please be sure to indicate the title (lost order, defective or damaged product, other).
Damaged Product Notification
If a customer receives a damaged order, please follow these steps to report the problem: Contact us by email (8luebird.0rigam1@gmail.com) with the subject line āDefective or Damaged Productā within 30 days of receiving the item. When reporting a damaged product, please include the following information: Description of the problem. Order packaging details. Pictures of the damaged item(s) and its packaging (outside the packaging and tags). Providing clear pictures of the damaged item and packaging helps us expedite the process of sending a replacement order. This information is essential for our internal reporting and helps us investigate the issue with our printing and logistics partners to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once weāve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youāll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Other
Please note that there are no returns or exchanges, also for size exchanges (the size description is indicated in the product description, please pay attention to it when ordering correctly). It is also important to pay attention to the information and design when specifying the address, as it may appear damaged upon receipt, but this may be part of the design.
